Requirements
Design and implement overall recruitment strategies to support business growth across Malaysia.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates for open positions nationwide.
Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on social media platforms and job portals.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.
Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Responsibilities
Requirements:
Diploma and above in any field
Fluent in Mandarin as the role require to liaise with HQ China.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Extremely strong resistance to pressure
Diligent, dedicated, and strong team spirit
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
