Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or related sales role

• Strong consultation and closing skills

• Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented

• Solid knowledge of skincare, treatments, and products

• Target-driven with proven sales performance

• Able to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth skin and body consultations, including analysis of clients’ concerns, lifestyle, and treatment history

• Develop customized treatment plans with clear goals, timelines, and expected results

• Educate clients on skincare, wellness concepts, and treatment benefits to build trust and long-term relationships

• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and homecare products based on professional assessment

• Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal results

• Maintain detailed client records, including consultation notes, treatment history, and progress tracking

• Follow up with clients consistently to improve retention and repeat visits

• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner

• Collaborate closely with therapists to ensure treatments are delivered according to consultation plans

• Ensure high standards of customer experience from consultation to post-treatment care

• Support outlet sales performance by achieving individual and team targets

• Stay updated on industry trends, skincare knowledge, and new treatment technologies

• Participate in training, product knowledge sessions, and skill development programs
