Job Summary:
We are seeking an Admin Executive to support daily operations through order processing, quotations, documentation, customer coordination, and internal follow-ups, requiring strong accuracy, efficiency, good presentation, and a positive, organised, and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Responsible, punctual, pleasant personality with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently under pressure.
• Computer literate (MS Excel & Word); familiarity with billing systems (DynaMod is a plus).
• Work location: Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya
• Working Hours: 5 days/week (45 hours as per Employment Act 1955)
• Immediate hiring / preferred start date on May 2026

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for credit term customers at the front counter, while managing phone/email communications and handling sales documentation (Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note, quotations) with accuracy, proper filing, and timeliness.
• Manage submission of e-Invoices in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing and proper documentation flow to maintain efficient sales execution and customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
