Applicants must possess SPM/Diploma/Degree
Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess communication skills to interact with people from all walks of life.
5 working days per week
Shift work, including working on weekends and public holidays (9 AM to 6 PM)
Able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities
Provide excellent online and offline customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, offer after-sales service, and maintain good customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
Proactively follow up on customer issues and effectively manage handovers when colleagues are on leave.
Achieve monthly KPI targets.
Serve walk-in customers at the store.
Assist in executing company events.
