Responsibilities
Handle and respond to customer inquiries via PC WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers in checking the status of their printing jobs
Collect payments from customers (cash, e-wallets, bank transfers) and issue receipts
Create and open new job orders in the system upon customer request
Attend to walk-in customers at the front desk
Coordinate with internal departments (design/production) to ensure job progress
Maintain accurate records of customer orders and update job tracking
