Job Description

Requirements

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR-related documents.

  • Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data, timesheets, and leave records.

  • Help in the onboarding of new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

  • Assist with employee relations activities and address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to performance management processes by assisting with the collection of feedback and documentation.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and HR-related data.

  • Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Support the HR Manager in administering payroll, including data entry, verification, and processing of employee claims and reimbursements.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling interviews, preparing HR documents, and managing correspondence.

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.

  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management initiatives.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
