任职资格

2 years or above of experience in Training / Learning & Development / CS Enablement / QA with training exposure
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals (blockchain, wallets, transactions, gas fees, confirmations, etc.)
Experience in Customer Support (Live Chat / Ticketing) environments
Detail-Oriented: Ensure agents are fully prepared to assist with even the most complex customer inquiries.
Ability to simplify complex topics into practical training content
Experience creating training decks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Fluent in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving crypto environment.

岗位职责

Design and deliver training programs for CS teams on crypto-related topics (wallets, transactions, deposits/withdrawals, common issues)
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for crypto transaction flows and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain knowledge base, SOPs, and training materials
Translate complex crypto concepts into simple, clear guidance for CS agents
Conduct onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions for existing staff
Identify knowledge gaps and work with QA/CS teams to improve agent performance
Support CS team in resolving complex or escalated crypto-related cases
Collaborate with Product/Tech teams to stay updated on system changes and new features
Drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness and knowledge accuracy
Ad-hoc task assign by the supervisor
