任职资格

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in paid ads (Meta / TikTok / Google Ads)
  • Proven track record in generating leads / conversions (ROAS-focused)
  • Strong understanding of ad structure, targeting, creatives and optimization
  • Able to analyze data (CTR, CPC, CPA) and improve performance
  • Basic understanding of copywriting and what drives conversions
  • Able to manage ad accounts independently
  • Experience in service-based or lead generation industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (for multi-language campaigns)
  • Responsible, result-driven, and able to work under pressure

岗位职责

  • Plan, execute and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta / TikTok / Google Ads)
  • Scale high-performing campaigns and optimize underperforming ads
  • Continuously test new creatives, angles and audiences
  • Work closely with internal team (designer, videographer, sales team) to improve conversion
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Manage daily ad spend and ensure profitability
  • Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead
  • Research market trends and competitor strategies
