Strong data analysis skills (understands P&L/KPI/cost structure)
Sales and performance management mindset (increases average transaction value/membership conversion rate)
Team management experience (front desk + technician team)

Ability to independently manage multiple store operations
Familiar with WhatsApp/basic system operations
Responsible and results-oriented
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall store operations and performance targets
Monitor revenue, costs, and profits (P&L)
Optimize sales performance (average transaction value / conversion rate / repeat customer rate)
Manage the team (front desk + technicians) and scheduling
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Handle customer issues and improve reputation (Google / Xiaohongshu)
Follow up on marketing campaign effectiveness and conversion rates
Continuously optimize operational processes and cost structure
