Basic English & Malay communication skills
Service industry experience preferred (beauty / massage / food and beverage / hotel)
Neat appearance, polite, and responsible
Able to reply to customers using WhatsApp
Able to work shifts (including weekends / public holidays)
Sales-oriented (willing to learn how to introduce packages / memberships)
Responsibilities
Greeting customers (welcoming guests, arranging rooms, introducing treatments)
Handling appointments (walk-in / WhatsApp)
Promoting treatments and membership packages
Handling payments, system records, and daily reconciliation
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Provide basic administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and mail handling.
Keep records of guest interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
