Requirements
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior experience in e-commerce environment
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Intermediate to advance proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets
- Highly structured and organized thinking
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple task in fast paced environment
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Handled customer inquiries about the product
- Handled phone calls, emails and provide information
- Provide customer support and problem solving through an online platform
- Advantages for those have knowledge on return refund process
- Able to do technical support to resolve product's problem
