Provide exceptional facial treatments and personalized skincare consultations to clients, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.

Possess a foundational understanding of various skincare types, concerns, and product ingredients to recommend appropriate treatments and home care routines.

Engage in sales consultations to understand client needs, explain service benefits, and upsell relevant products or packages.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment room and salon environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge within the beauty industry.

Handle client bookings, inquiries, and basic administrative tasks, potentially including database management for client records.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatment protocols and technologies introduced by Rns Beauty Aesthetics.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and/or Tamil to ensure clear understanding and excellent service delivery.

Demonstrate a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude at all times.

Perform a variety of facial treatments and skincare services according to client needs and Rns Beauty Aesthetics' standards.

Conduct thorough skin analysis and provide personalized skincare recommendations and consultations to clients.

Educate clients on product knowledge, treatment benefits, and proper home care routines to enhance their skin health.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history, preferences, and progress, utilizing the company's database.

Assist in managing and updating the client database, ensuring information is current and organized for effective client relationship management.

Promote and sell beauty products and services, including upselling and cross-selling based on client consultations and identified needs.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations within the beauty and aesthetics industry.

Ensure a high level of customer service, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all clients.

Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean treatment environment.

Handle client inquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
