Job Description

Requirements

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing sales reports.

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing content across various platforms, including social media, email, and company website.

  • Engage with customers to provide information about products and services, answer inquiries, and resolve basic issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Help in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather information on competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation initiatives, including drafting copy, editing videos, and developing engaging social media posts.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and quotations for potential clients.

  • Manage and organize sales collateral, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
