Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion/footwear industry

Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an added advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Supervise and support daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and on-the-job training

Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained

Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory control

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational guidelines
