Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 10AM - 7PM, Lunch time 1 hour
Saturday: 10AM - 3PM
Responsibilities
Handle daily office operations and general administrative tasks
Manage documents, filing systems, and data entry
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist in basic bookkeeping or invoice preparation
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
