Requirements
- experienced consulting for accouting, tax.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably within the accounting or tax services industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of tax compliance regulations and audit procedures relevant to businesses in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with business setup, bookkeeping, payroll, and HR services is a strong advantage.
- Experience with M&A operations or consulting services would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships within the accounting and tax services sector.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our comprehensive service offerings (business setup, bookkeeping, tax, audit, HR, etc.).
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and targeted outreach to potential clients in need of accounting and tax expertise.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their unique business challenges and tailor solutions that leverage our firm's capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and service agreements, effectively communicating the value proposition of our accounting and tax services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including accounting, tax, audit, and consulting departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within the accounting and tax services market to provide informed guidance to clients and enhance our service offerings.
