Requirements
Minimum Education : SPM
Proficient in basic Mandarin and English, as well as computer skills (Excel / Word)
Able to type Mandarin using Pinyin input method
Passionate about learning and strong sense of responsibility
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Proactively understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations or solutions
Follow up on after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
Record and track customer complaints or issues, and assist in improving service quality
Maintain good customer relationships and build long-term cooperation
System & Administrative Operations
Use company systems to input and track orders
Regularly update customer data and sales reports
Assist in preparing daily, monthly sales reports or customer analysis reports
Communication & Coordination
Assist in training new customer service or front desk staff (for senior positions)
Support customer reception during exhibitions or events
Coordinate with logistics team on delivery and return processes to ensure timeliness
Assist in responding to social media comments and customer messages (if includes online customer service)
Support customer registration and inquiries for online campaigns or promotions
Assist in basic cashiering or invoicing tasks
