任职资格

  • At least hold an SPM certificate.

  • No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Own transportation.

  • Willing to work with shifting, including weekends and holiday if required.

  • Working Hours: GPC Team : Morning 9am - 7pm, Noon 1pm - 11pm, Night 11pm - 9am (3 shifts)

岗位职责

  • Handling customer replies from Whatsapp, Live Chat, Social Media.

  • Solving customer queries.

  • Handling customer orders from official website and other platforms.

  • Manage stocks.
