Candidates must possess at least Diploma
Min 1 year of experience in FB Messenger & WhatsApp Customer Service.
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and take ownership
Calm under pressure and good at solving problems
Familiar with Social Media (FB, Instagram, etc)
Friendly, polished, and professional communication style
Comfortable working in a fast-moving ecommerce environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheet
