- 2–3 years experience in audit or fund accounting

- 1–2 years experience handling full set of accounts

- Total working experience: 3–5 years (not more than 7 years)

- Preferred industries: Private Equity, Finance, or Banking

- Experience with intercompany transactions and liaising with auditors

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger)

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections

• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements

• Prepare and submit tax filings (e.g., SST, income tax)

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities

• Monitor and control expenses, ensuring proper documentation

• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents

• Assist in year-end closing and audit processes

• Support management with financial analysis and reporting
