岗位职责
Assist the sales team in daily administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and on schedule
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support professionally
Follow up on outstanding payments with clients
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and documentation standards
