Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above; candidates with a background in Administrative Management are preferred. Exceptional candidates may be considered with relaxed requirements.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with strong trilingual communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to independently handle documents, data entry, and basic reporting tasks.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable, with good communication, coordination, execution, service awareness, and confidentiality awareness.
• Candidates with prior administrative or HR-related clerical experience are preferred.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Malaysian company finance and taxation.
• Possess a valid driving license / able to drive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing company documents, office assets, and administrative records.
• Handle basic HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, attendance management, payroll calculation, and EPF/SOCSO contributions.
• Responsible for front desk reception and maintaining the company’s external image.
• Assist with various administrative support tasks and ad hoc assignments assigned by management.
