Job Description

• Engage with corporate clients (HR, Admin, L&D) to understand their training and team development needs

• Initiate conversations via LinkedIn, email, and messaging platforms

• Generate enquiries and schedule discussions with potential clients

• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement

• Provide suitable recommendations based on client requirements

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and progress

• Work closely with the team to support proposal preparation and client solutions

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Comfortable engaging and communicating with new people

• Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to take initiative

• Able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
