Requirements
2–3 years experience in customer service (e-commerce preferred)
Familiar with Shopee/Lazada platform operations
Basic understanding of home appliances (usage, comparison, key features)
Strong communication skills (BM + English; Mandarin is a bonus)
Fast typing and able to handle multiple chats
Positive attitude and team player
Responsibilities
Handle daily customer inquiries on Shopee/TikTok (product, delivery, promotions)
Provide accurate product recommendations (TV, washing machine, aircond, etc.)
Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
Support and guide junior customer service team
Maintain fast response time and high customer satisfaction
