Requirements
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and systems
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Good Excel skills (basic formulas, reporting)
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in retail operations, inventory, or admin support is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product data, pricing, promotions, and inventory in the system
- Monitor stock movements, transfers, and adjustments to ensure accuracy
- Support stock take activities and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales and inventory
- Coordinate with store teams, receiving, and HQ on operational matters
- Assist with e-commerce updates (products, pricing, stock availability)
- Provide basic system support and troubleshoot day-to-day issues
