Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management or related management disciplines
Preferred language: Mandarin (compulsory)
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience, fast paced environment;
Ability to prioritize on work and work independently;
Pro-activeness with a can-do attitude;
Good understanding of Employment Act;
Well versed in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel & PowerPoint);
Knowledge in Info-Tech is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for Malaysia, including and not limited to recruitment, managing employee relations matters, employee welfare, training and development.
Manage recruitment activities and replacements
Responsible for ensuring that the entire onboarding process goes on smoothly for every new joiner.
Creating hiring strategies, a recruitment plan that outlines the position is recruiting for.
Prescreening candidates to filter out the best-matched resumes.
Manage Performance Management
Involve in employee engagement & relations
Drafting of weekly & monthly HR Reports
Involve in the learning and development matters of staff
To follow up with HODs the staff performance reviews for probationers monthly.
To prepare part timer monthly salary and charge sheet
