Megalift Hiring! Full Time Operations Supervisor (Warehouse) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant field.

At least 2 years related working experience is required for this position.

Candidates with experience using WMS is preferred.

Candidates with ability to operate forklift and reach truck will have added advantage.

Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have basic business writing skill.

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by planning, supervising, monitoring, and managing operational KPIs.

Ensure warehouse operations in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures. Train and develop warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals.

Key Person responsible for Product Master & Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup and database management. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and inventory reports.

Organize regular inventory stock counts and perform reconciliation to stock records when needed.

Coordinate with Transport/Forwarding Department on incoming and outgoing cargo movements.

Ensure high standard of housekeeping and orderliness accordance to 5S principle.

Responsible to preparation of warehouse weekly & monthly reports.
