Job Description

Requirements

  • SPM level

  • Physically fit

  • Basic reading & counting skills

Preferred:

  • 1–2 years warehouse experience

  • Can use WhatsApp / simple system

  • Fast, alert, and disciplined

  • Honest and Adhere strictly to SOP

Responsibilities

  • To handle end-to-end warehouse operationswith speed, accuracy, and minimal supervision, supporting bothorder Handle receiving, picking, packing, and stock arrangement

  • Ensure stock accuracy and proper storage

  • Prepare orders for delivery and self-pickup

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation

  • Support ad-hoc operations (packing campaigns, promo fulfilment)

  • Assist basic coordination with dealers (pickup timing, etc.)

  • Handle Customer Order via WhatsApp communication if needed

  • Be flexible across tasks (no “this is not my job” mindset)
