Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC or M&E projects (data centre experience is an advantage)

Familiar with site supervision and basic commissioning processes

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders

Supervise and monitor on-site HVAC installation works (chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, AHU, ducting, piping, cooling towers)

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Identify and resolve site issues, technical clashes, and delays

Support testing & commissioning activities to ensure systems perform as required

Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Prepare site reports, track progress, and maintain proper project documentation
