Minimum Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
Must have recent relevant experience kitchen operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and cost control
Able to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to Japanese cuisine standards and recipes.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation before serving.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management.
Train and develop junior kitchen staff to improve performance and skills.
Support kitchen operations during peak hours and high-pressure service periods.
