Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
Experience in F&B service is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed with professional appearance
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage restaurant seating arrangements and table reservations.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus when needed.
Assist in handling guest enquiries and basic service requests.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover.
Maintain a clean and organised reception or waiting area.
Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
