Skill Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Other editing software will not be accepted).

•⁠ ⁠Strong judgment in visual rhythm, storytelling, and aesthetics.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Mandarin (Listening / Reading / Typing).

Experience Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years or more of relevant editing experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production – Edit company video content including podcasts, interviews, promotional videos, and short-form social media content.

• Creative Shot Selection – Review and select suitable footage to craft cinematic, engaging, and emotionally impactful segments.

• Technical Editing Execution – Perform basic to intermediate editing tasks, including transitions, simple visual effects, subtitling, audio synchronization, and pacing adjustments.

• Platform Optimization & Collaboration – Work closely with the team to ensure video content meets the technical and creative requirements of various digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, Reels, Shorts).
