At least 1-2 years as a Marketing role.
Proficiency in Thai or Vietnamese language is a bonus.
Work closely with Marketing Team, Creative Team, Business Development Department, and any related department.
Assist any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Responsibilities
Job Description
1. Digital Marketing
Lead and manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, search engines (SEO/SEM), email, and affiliate platforms.
Develop engaging content (posts, short videos, campaigns) aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for content production, including photo and video shoots.
Manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), including budget allocation, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with KPIs and ROI targets.
Manage customer interactions across digital platforms, including inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators; evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize collaborations.
Continuously stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand competitive.
2. Advertising & Promotion
Support the development and execution of annual A&P strategies to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
Identify and manage effective communication channels, including digital, OOH, and retail touchpoints.
Assist in planning and monitoring marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal ROI.
Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build relationships with media, partners, and vendors for collaborations, sponsorships, and joint promotions.
Manage administrative tasks related to advertising materials, documentation and permits.
3. On-Ground Marketing & Activation
Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as roadshows, product sampling, retail activations, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate and develop POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), ensuring timely production and deployment at outlets.
Work closely with sales teams to support trade promotions and improve in-store visibility and sell-out performance.
Participate in and support B2B and B2C exhibitions (local and international), including booth setup, product presentation, and customer engagement.
Assist in managing promoters, activation crews, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
4. Business Support
Assist in developing marketing strategies and proposals tailored to different business units and market needs.
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
