Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Required Skill(s) : Computer Literate, Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the inventory / stock field
- Proficient in Chinese language, English and Malay is essential
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills & able to communicate well with suppliers
- Possess own transport.
- Base in Indahpura, Kulai, Johor.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinates with related departments as required regarding procurement and stock matters
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and others duties as assigned
- Manage stocks & conduct stock count accurately at the outlet
- Maintains proper filing system of stock documents
- Oversees the flow on inventory in and out of warehouse
- Monitors stock movement and product issue
- Ensures inventory movements are updated into system
- Prepares inventory reports for management review
- Documentation/ updating and filing of inventory data
- Liaises stock orders with suppliers
- Responsible for daily warehouse inventory control and activities including accuracy of stock flow, stock level, deliveries coordination, stock system in good order and all warehousing documentation
- Ensure stock level and stock check are carried out on a timely basis
- Coordinate with storekeeper to ensure smooth operations of warehouse function i.e. receiving, loading and distribution coordination of stocks
- Good coordination with other departments to achieve company’s goals
- Conduct investigation on products complaint and inform relevant departments for any quality issue
- Perform daily inspection based on Delivery Order/ Invoices from suppliers
