Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; candidate with qualifications in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or related fields will have an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar secretarial or administrative support role
Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to details
A professional , discreet and confidential approach to handling sensitive information
岗位职责
Managing the Director’s personal and professional schedule and arrangement for appointments, meetings, conference, and travel.
To correspond and liaise with clients and all work related organizations, this includes answering phone calls, taking messages, and writing correspondence emails and/or letters
To assist Directors in the Company’s project planning/business analysis and information /data collection for better decision-making and problem-solving as assigned from time to time
To work closely with internal departments to follow-up with their progress, achieve greater
To perform secretarial duties and handle all confidential matters in a highly professional, discreet and organized manner.
To assist Directors’ of handling the attending visitors, guests and clients during functions and and off-site meetings
To attend and prepare minutes of office meetings as well as meetings with clients, suppliers and business associates to follow up with the necessary action when required.
