Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably in one-to-one or small group learning environments.

Proficient in Mandarin or English or Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.

Experience in personalised learning approaches or curriculum development is an added advantage.

Ability to conduct student assessments and systematically track learning progress.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and parents.

Patient, creative, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education.

Understanding of child-centered learning methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.

Deliver engaging and effective one-to-one or small group reading lessons in Mandarin, English, or Bahasa Malaysia.

Adapt teaching strategies based on each student’s learning style, pace, and individual needs.

Develop and implement individualised learning plans to build students’ confidence and academic skills.

Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding learning development.

Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.

Maintain accurate and updated student records, including attendance, assessment results, and progress reports.

Stay updated with current trends and methodologies in language acquisition and child development to continuously enhance teaching practices.
