Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
1–2 year’s experience in admin, operations, customer service, retail, or F&B industry
Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Must possess own transport
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email
Able to perform data entry, reporting, and basic Excel formulas
Experience with parking systems, or operational software is an advantage
Fast learner for new internal systems and tools
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Alternate Rest Day (Saturday / Sunday)
Required to work on public holidays when scheduled
Responsibilities
Manage daily car park operations and ensure all systems and machinery are functioning properly
Handle cashless payment systems (TNG, PayWave, and other parking payment methods)
Perform cash handling, banking collection, and daily reconciliation reports
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and operational data entry
Prepare simple reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Monitor parking equipment and report any faults or maintenance issues
Provide friendly and professional customer service support
Assist in operational matters during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays when required
