Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or professional qualification (e.g. CIA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA is plus).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of audit experience, preferably in internal audit and team leadership.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive team player with good stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise audits and projects, including assigning staff to audits and setting objectives.
  • Conduct audits on business operations and financial systems within the Group.
  • Prepare detailed audit plans and programs for each assignment.
  • Draft audit reports, including findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication of audit results through written reports and oral presentations to management.
  • Follow up on the implementation of agreed corrective actions on audit issues.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Ensure audit assignments are completed within the stipulated timeline.
  • Supervise team members and liaise with management on audit processes and outcomes.
  • Provide regular progress updates and highlight high-risk findings promptly.
  • Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Follow up on corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review audit reports
  • Maintain proper audit documentation (working papers, reports, supporting evidence, etc.).
  • Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives and reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.
