Experience

٠ Experience in facade installation works will be an added advantage

Technical Knowledge

٠ Familiar with aluminium systems, installation methods, and site coordination

٠ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans

Skill

٠ Strong leadership and site supervision skills

٠ Good problem-solving and coordination abilities

٠ Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines

Other Requirements

٠ Willing to travel to project sites

٠ Possess own transport (preferred)

٠ Responsible, proactive, and able to manage site teams effectively

Job Title : Site Supervisor

Industry : Construction

Location : Site Base (Klang Valley)

Working Hour : 8am-7pm (Mon-Sat)

٠ Supervise daily site activities and installation works for aluminium doors, windows, and facade systems

٠ Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution

٠ Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule

٠ Ensure quality control and proper installation standards are maintained on site

٠ Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues during installation

٠ Ensure compliance with site safety regulations and procedures

٠ Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and workers on-site

٠ Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation when required

٠ Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams regarding site matters
