• Proven track record of success in a similar telesales or sales role

• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Initiating and conducting outbound calls to generate new sales leads

Effectively presenting our products and services to potential customers

Handling inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales

Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets

Identifying and capitalising on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell

Providing feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies
