Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in accounting field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with AutoCount Accounting System will be an added advantage.
Exposure or basic knowledge in taxation and audit is preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting functions including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Use AutoCount Accounting System for bookkeeping and reporting.
Assist in audit preparation, including supporting schedules and documentation.
Assist in tax-related matters including preparation of tax computations and supporting documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents when required.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
