任职资格

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a related construction role.
Familiar with basic construction works, including structural, architectural, and simple finishing works.
Able to read and understand basic construction drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Project for project progress tracking.
Able to prepare clear and accurate site reports.
Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, QS, subcontractors, and workers.
Responsible, disciplined, and willing to station at the project site.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin (Must be able to speak in Mandarin).
Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related fieldsfromPoliteknik or Kolej Komuniti.

岗位职责

Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution
Organize and supervise construction works in accordance with drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress and report site issues with practical solutions
Coordinate with different work teams (carpentry, masonry, M&E, etc.) to ensure proper workflow
Manage and control site materials usage and minimize wastage
Assist the Project Manager in achieving project timeline, quality, and safety targets
Prepare and maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote safe working practices
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors effectively
Perform any other duties assigned by management
