Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaking is an advantage).

• 1 - 2 years experience in Marketing/Design/Digital Marketing/E-Commerce is preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel & Social Media Management.

• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, photo & video editing experience is an added advantage.

• Own transport and willing to travel.

• Skills required: Social Media Management, Photo Editing and Video Shooting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Assist create content ideas, captions, and basic visuals/videos

• Schedule posts and monitor engagement (likes, comments, messages)

Content Creation

• Assist in photo/video shooting for products, events, or campaigns

• Edit basic images or videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.

Campaign & Promotion Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns or promotions

• Assist prepare marketing materials (posters, banners, digital ads)

• Support event marketing (roadshows, exhibitions, online campaigns)

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct basic market research on competitors and trends

• Collect and organize customer feedback or survey data

• Assist in preparing simple marketing reports

E-commerce Operations

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms

• Monitor and process daily orders (including airway bills)

• Coordinate with warehouse for packing and delivery

• Respond to customer inquiries and handle issues

• Assist in stock updates and inventory coordination

Administrative & Coordination Support

• Assist in updating marketing calendars and content schedules

• Coordinate with design, sales, or operations teams when needed

• Support day-to-day marketing administrative tasks
