· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma
· At least 2 years related working experience in Sales Coordinator will be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
· Must be computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
· Strong skills in communication, organizational and time management skills.
· Initiative, resourceful and self-motivation.
· Able to work independently, teamwork oriented and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Applicants must be willing to work at Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
· Monday - Saturday
· Willing to handle outdoor assignments when required, including client visits, meetings, and site coordination.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
· Responsible for day-to-day sales support Function and general administrative tasks.
· Follow up customer quotation, proposals, orders and delivery.
· Ensure compliance with sales policies and SOP.
· Executed orders in the factory to ensure product quality & on-time shipments.
· Provide support to the Head of Sales Department (Export division) by assisting with order processing, tracking and fulfilling orders and providing customer service.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and required documents to customers.
· To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.
· To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
