Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively assist a diverse customer base.
Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes, and provide clear, concise, and accurate solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems relevant to customer support operations.
Work 6 days per week
Responsibilities
Has customer service experiences. Salary based on experiences.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and solutions.
Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding them through basic processes.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring detailed and organized records.
Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to senior support staff or relevant departments for further investigation and resolution.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve support processes, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Provide support in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to our diverse customer base, ensuring improved localization and a more relevant experience for users across regions.
