Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or tax services, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Million) and strong Excel skills for financial reporting.
Demonstrated ability in account management, including client communication, query resolution, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
岗位职责
Manage a portfolio of clients' and office accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, and trial balances for accuracy and completeness.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and timely payments/collections.
Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT, payroll tax) under supervision.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records, generate reports, and track key financial metrics.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information.
Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax legislation to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
