任职资格

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Possess 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or tax services, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Million) and strong Excel skills for financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management, including client communication, query resolution, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

岗位职责

  • Manage a portfolio of clients' and office accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, general ledgers, and trial balances for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and timely payments/collections.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of various tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT, payroll tax) under supervision.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records, generate reports, and track key financial metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary financial information.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and tax legislation to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
