Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in event coordination (fresh grads with passion are welcome!)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an added advantage
- Possess own transportation
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- Positive attitude and a team player
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Oversee on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in creative event concepts and proposals
- Handle post-event reporting and feedback
