Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

At least 3 - 5 years of full set closing experience.

Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Fast learner with a strong sense of initiative, driven, and a good team player

Possess good interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferably able to commence immediately or with short notice

Manage full sets of Accounts, perform timely month-end account closing activities.

Monitor the cash flow level & submit cash flow report.

Prepare monthly closing schedules and bank reconciliations.

Ensure all records are done in compliance with MFRS & corporate tax.

Liaise with auditors, tax agent & corporate secretary to provide all required schedules/reports for audit, tax, and perform annual filing.      

Manage Fixed Assets register and assets tagging.

To assist Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and quarterly report, annual budget, forecast and planning review.

Assist operation team during events, such as merchandise sales, timely stocktaking, maintaining inventory records, & others.
