Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.

  • Demonstrable experience with SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

  • Proficiency in managing and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Experience in creating engaging and relevant content for digital channels, aligning with brand messaging.

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies for customer engagement and lead nurturing.

  • Understanding of digital marketing strategy development and execution to achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate insightful reports.

  • Experience in brand management and ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others, creating engaging content and interacting with the online community.

  • Assist in the creation and optimization of website content, blog posts, and other marketing materials to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights for optimization.

  • Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and brand positioning.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and effective campaign execution.
