Requirements

We are a product-driven company specializing in the development and distribution of our own branded professional-grade natural functional products through integrated e-commerce and offline retail channels.

We are looking for a digitally savvy and customer-focused individual to support customer engagement, online sales conversion, and daily operations across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.

 

This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced online business environment and enjoy interacting with customers through digital channels.

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in e-commerce, online customer service, social media engagement, livestream support, or online sales support is highly preferred.

• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website chat systems, and social media messaging platforms.

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).

• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in interacting and engaging with customers online.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital and e-commerce environment.

• Good multitasking, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and online business tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, comments, and live chats across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Build customer relationships and provide product recommendations to support online sales conversion.

• Handle customer concerns, order-related issues, and after-sales follow-up professionally.

• Manage daily operations and activities across online marketplaces and company website.

• Coordinate and follow up with customers, retailers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor customer engagement and support ongoing customer retention efforts.

• Assist in improving AI chatbot responses for better customer experience.

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
